Shipping Information 

Orders are shipped from Croatia (European Union) with a tracking number.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. For custom orders, shipping may take longer depending on the complexity and time required for handmade work.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Croatia: 3-5 business days

  • EU: 3-10 business days - Croatian post shipping

  • Non-EU countries: 5-10 business days - DHL shipping

  • U.S. Shipping Policy - NEW

    All orders shipped to the United States are sent via DHL Express using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid — you won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
